"At around 5:30 pm I found out that the Harry Potter and the deathly hallows part 1 world premiere was being held at Leicester Square.
It was also possible to watch it live on http://www.facebook.com/HarryPotterUK
I had a look and thought it would be a great oppertunity to shoot some pictures but thought I was gonna be too late anyways… so I watched it till about 6 pm and thought… well whatever i’m just gonna go! It only took me 30 minutes to get there and well what do you know??? Within the first half hour I got the one and only mr. Potter himself infront of my lens! Daniel Radcliffe.
I kept walking around till it finished at about 7 pm.
Then a security guard at one of the entrance gates asked someone for his ticket.
He showed it and ran over the red carpet, it was only then that I realised it was Richard Curtis! The guy behind my favourite British films! From Notting Hill and Mr. Bean to Love Actually and Bridget Jones' Diary!
Unfortunately I didn't manage to take a photo of him.
The tech guys were pulling down the many many hard plastic poster boards that they hung up everywhere.
They were handing them out to the fans and I got hold of one! ^_^
It’s a gorgeous photo 75 x 100 cm big which I immediately dragged home ofcourse.
I was there for about an hour and at 8 pm I was back home again.
I’m really glad that I decided to go even though I thought I would miss it.
What can happen in an hour ey??"
